Research Manpower Development

Several workshops are organized every year by the BMRC with a view to training manpower for high quality research in the country and this is mostly done with the collaboration of WHO in the provision of consultants and financial support.

• Under Research Manpower Development Programme:
• BMRC conducts different trainings/workshops on Research Methods in Dhaka.
• BMRC conducts workshops and consultative meetings on Research Methodology and Project Development in the Medical Colleges.
• BMRC has organized 147 training courses, workshops and seminars for 2568 participants till 2001 under WHO/ Development/ Revenue Programmes. All these Workshops were conducted by resource persons from outside the Organization.
• BMRC conducts programme to follow-up research activities of participants.
